Data recovery service process

1. Bring in your storage device or arrange collection. Bring your storage device to our office, or complete the collection request form to arrange free collection.
2. Free inspection (10–15 minutes). We inspect the storage device, then evaluate the work and provide a quotation.
3. Consider or accept the quotation. If you need time to consider the quotation, you can collect your storage device at no charge. If you accept the quotation, data recovery starts after you pay the deposit.
4. Recovery result. If recovery is unsuccessful, you can collect your storage device at no charge and your deposit will be refunded in full. If recovery is successful, the next step is to check the data.
5. Check the data. Check the recovered data.
6. Copy and collect the data. The recovered data will be copied to another storage device supplied by the customer. We can also help you obtain another storage device upon request.
