Data Recovery Pick-up Process
Pick-up conditions
- We provide free collection only. If you decide to stop the service after inspection and quotation, you must collect the device from our office yourself.
- After data recovery is completed, you must also visit our office to check the recovered data.
- We appoint a courier company to collect devices. We do not accept liability for theft during transit.
How to request collection
- Submit the online data recovery form.
- We contact you by telephone to arrange the collection time.
- Pack the hard drive yourself and wait for the courier to collect it.
- After receiving the drive, we inspect it and contact you by telephone to follow up the case.
