- Services
- Customer are require to pay 30% deposit, if the
data recovered do not match the request data fill in before, deposit
will be fully refund, if the data recovered match the request fill in
before but customer want to cease the process, deposit will not be
refund.
- Vector Data Recovery (HK) Co. Ltd. will make
an assessment and quotation to customer, data recovery process will
start after customer's confirmation.
- Rightful owner of the data
- Vector assumes that the customer is the
rightful owner of the device and the data request for recovery, or the
rightful owner has grant permission for the data recovery. The customer
has fully responsibility on any claims if he/she is not the rightful
owner.
- Authorization
- Customer authorizes Vector to perform data
recovery service on customer's device.
- Customer authorizes the device request for data
recovery may send to Vector oversea head-quarter for data recovery
service.
- Customer authorizes Vector Data Recovery open
up my device for the data recovery process, and understands that this
action may cause void original warranty.
- Liability
- Customer understands that data may not be fully
recovered, and some data loss or device damage may occur during the data
recovery process, Vector do not responsible for this kind of
issue.
- If accident like fire, burglary etc. is happen
during data recovery process, or if the device is missing on the way
sending to Vector's oversea headquarter for data recovery service,
customer is accept Vector to compensate at the market price of
the device.
- Vector will keep the recovered data and
device for 10 days, it will be disposal after this period.
- Confidentiality
- Vector Data Recovery (HK) Co. Ltd. agrees to
keep all data confidential.
