The fastest and safest way to erase data!

When a used hard disk is going to dispose, all data should be erased before discarding. Even if the media is formatted or broken, professional data recovery company may still recover the data. The safest way to erase data is using a degausser, which it can generate a strong magnetic field to completely destroy the magnetic signal on the disk and erase all the data permanently.

The principal of degaussing is using a degausser to generate a large magnetic field to rearrange the polarity of the particles, thus completely removing any resemblance of the previously recorded signal. According to international standard, the magnetic power of the degausser should be 1.5 times larger than the media to be degaussed. Degaussing is fast and reliable, but disadvantage is hard disk cannot be use again after degaussed, because it will destroy the read/write head and clear the servo track information, but tape can be use again after degaussing.
